On the 5th of July I had the chance to attend a music photography masterclass in London with the amazing photographer Peter Neill, also known as Shoot the Sound. The venue was an amazing space provided by Cambridge Audio and we got the opportunity to shoot the band Bridges live. We got some incredible tips to shoot and film bands and insight into the music industry. all thanks to Peter, and we put all into practice on the day.
To top it all up, the really nice guys from Sony and Wex Photo were there and we had the chance to use Sony gear the entire day. I'm not going to lie, I am a fan of many photographers who shoot with Sony mirrorless cameras so having the opportunity to try them is a always like a dream come true. It's the second time I go to London to an event to be able to do this but this time I actually got my hands on an a9 and I was blown away by the camera. I also had the opportunity to shoot with different lenses and I was impressed with all of them.
These are my favourite images from the day. I am really happy with the images that I got and I thought the trip was so worth it to meet and listen to Pete who apart from being an excellent photographer is also a great guy. It was also great to hear, photograph and film the band.
